Monkey Tilt On a Mission to Breathe Fresh Life Into iGaming Scene

When an iCasino exits stealth mode touting not only its dealer-led craps and roulette but also its 24/7 sportsbook, clothing line, podcast and celebrity partnerships, the natural reaction is to sit up and take notice.

Although iGaming is a lucrative industry worth a little over $100 billion, the landscape is fiercely competitive with over 2,800 digital casinos taking action. As such, platforms that can differentiate themselves from the pack while meeting veteran players’ expectations stand a better chance of success. Step forward Monkey Tilt, the crypto-native betting portal on a mission to elevate standards in what is a spectacularly crowded market.

Industry Veterans Betting Big on Monkey Tilt

Conceived by a team of industry veterans whose executive resume includes industry heavyweights MGM and Caesars, Monkey Tilt has an attractive product. If it didn’t, it wouldn’t have attracted $21 million of investor cash from serial VCs like Polychain, Hack, Accomplice, Paper Ventures and others.

Nor would it have secured a partnership with premium global poker brand PokerGO, home to the largest subscription-based poker streaming service in the world. PokerGO, which has the rights to the World Series of Poker (WSOP), will provide MonkeyTilt with programmatic access to deep global pooled liquidity. It is the sort of landmark partnership that iGaming platforms might ink after a few years of operation, not at the beginning of their journey.

As far as its bread and butter offering is concerned, the newly-launched Monkey Tilt has initially launched in more than 115 territories, offering the “full playground experience” comprising thousands of crypto-enabled table and card games, plus game shows and mini-games from over 150 providers. Additionally, 22 US states will get to enjoy a fully licensed daily fantasy sports product with sweepstakes in the pipeline. Poker, prediction markets and crypto games are also expected to come online soon.

As mentioned, the team behind Monkey Tilt is committed to doing things differently and this commitment goes beyond supporting crypto and having an integrated sportsbook. Hence the exclusive clothing line (Tilt Club Collection) and sports and entertainment-themed podcast Fully Tilted, hosted by Bob Menery. Not content with being a fully-stocked online betting destination, Monkey Tilt has designs on growing into a bells-and-whistles lifestyle brand.

It’s likely the podcast will amplify the hype surrounding major sporting events such as boxing showdowns and NFL games, events which are of course supported by Monkey Tilt’s sportsbook. The founder has also pledged to properly incentivize returning players and high-rollers through innovative reward models, leaderboards and a “personal VIP concierge service.”

The ambitious vision to “build a unique experience where every bet is celebrated and every member is rewarded” is backed by the presence of equity-aligned celebrity partners who are part of the Monkey Tilt family, most notably Grammy-winning rapper Tyga (who also serves as Creative Director) and boxing superstar Ryan Garcia.

There’s no getting around it, Monkey Tilt is injecting much-needed Vegas pizzazz into the somewhat tired iGaming sector. With a $21 million war chest at its disposal and a raft of exciting features, expect it to make a major splash in the months ahead as it leads the GambleFi narrative to bring better gaming experiences to crypto audiences globally.
